The Grappa with Saffron from Safranum is born from the combination of the pomace of the Langhe and saffron, left to infuse together for about 3 months at a temperature of 20 degrees.
The filtered grappa obtained encloses all the organoleptic properties released by the saffron stigmas: safranal (known for its therapeutic properties), crocin, and picrocrocin (powerful antioxidants).
The result is a dry grappa, ideal at the end of a meal or for a moment of relaxation with friends.
Ingredients: pomace, saffron, infused for 3 months and blended daily.
