The Zeno Pinot Nero Alto Adige Riserva DOC 2017 from Cantina Merano is a red reserve wine with high aging potential, with a well-integrated acidity and a persistent finish.
Pinot Noir and Cantina Merano represent a combination that could not be more harmonious. Above the town of Merano, at over 500 m altitude, in selected sun-exposed and well-ventilated positions, the best French clones of this noble red wine thrive. The concentrated force of the sun, combined with the fresh winds from the high peaks of the mountains, allows for the production of particularly complex and fruity red wines. A partial pressing of whole grapes and aging in oak barrels of carefully selected small grape clusters give the final touch to the king of red wines.
