The Molera Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry 2019 from Bisol is a delicate Prosecco, characterized by a pleasant minerality and revealing itself immediately with aromas of herbs and white flowers, making it an ideal companion for fish or vegetable preparations.
This Prosecco is the result of grapes born from vineyards characterized by very low-profile soils. A distinctive quality that allows the roots of the vines to easily reach the ancient and thin layers of limestone rock that characterize the hills on which they grow, providing the grapes with delicate mineral notes and fresh fruity scents.
Grapes: Minimum 85% Glera.
Vineyard exposure: South, East, West
Altitude: 250 meters above sea level.
Training system: double inverted.
Grape harvest period: early October; manual harvest.
Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
