The Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Le Fascine is a blend created from the mixture of EVO oils from the Provenzale, Ogliarola, and Leccino varieties skillfully combined by the master oil producer of the Apulian company.
Its aromas evoke artichoke, freshly cut grass, and aromatic herbs. It has a light fruitiness, non-aggressive, round, complete, pleasant on the palate, and overall delicate.
The Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Le Fascine (which we present here in a 3-liter can) is a delicate oil, with slight sensations of balanced spiciness and bitterness. It is excellent as a condiment for delicate dishes such as boiled fish, dairy products, sauces, and raw meat carpaccio.
We see it working very well as a seasoning for: fried fish, meat or fish appetizers, white sauces like mayonnaise, delicate salads (lamb's lettuce, lettuce), steamed or boiled fish, sautéed seafood, sour vegetables. Seafood salad, pumpkin risotto, Ligurian rabbit, pasta with pesto, lemon chicken scaloppine, fried zucchini or squash flowers.
