Superiore category olive oil obtained directly from olives and exclusively through mechanical processes.

The Classic Provenzale Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Le Fascine is a magnificent monocultivar extracted only from Provenzale olives, which have unique organoleptic characteristics that make them one of the most prized varieties in the world.

The Provenzale is an olive with low yield for the sake of high quality: from each quintal of these olives, only about 11 liters of EVO oil are extracted on average.
Its aromas remind of artichoke, freshly cut grass, and almond. It has an intense fruitiness, but not aggressive, round, complete, and pleasant to the palate.
A 100% Apulian masterpiece!

The harvesting of these olives is done from the tree: the olives never touch the ground. The milling of the fruit takes place always within 24 hours of harvesting. The extraction of the oil occurs at a controlled temperature of 24C°.
