I Capperi al sale marino di Kattibuale are a unique product, excellent for enhancing any dish. They are produced from a typical shrub that finds its ideal habitat in the Mediterranean regions, particularly on the island of Pantelleria.
These delicious capers are painstakingly hand-picked during the late spring and summer season. Once harvested, the capers release all their aromatic power during the brining process, which lasts about 60 days, after which they are ready to flavor and characterize any dish of Mediterranean cuisine.
