The Guanciale or “boccolaro” spicy pork from Casa Folino is a product very similar to pancetta, made from the cheek and throat of the pig.
It is processed and covered with chili pepper and aged for three months following the traditional Calabrian method.
The product contains no gluten, lactose, or dairy derivatives.

sugars: dextrose, sucrose;
spices, aromas, preservatives (e250, e252), antioxidant (e301).
