These taralli have always been produced following the traditional recipe of the San Lorenzello biscuit tarallo and the same type of processing to keep the product artisanal.
The dough is made using mother yeast, which ensures natural leavening. The dough is then cut into strips that are intertwined by hand or through automatic machines, after which they are boiled and then placed in the oven to finish cooking.
Ingredients: wheat flour type "00", sugar, lard, eggs, salt, strega liqueur, mother yeast, natural yeast.
