The Rigatoni made from white corn and organic spirulina by Bontasana hold the sauce thanks to their porous surface and curvature. The shape has been handmade with a precision tool by engraving the bronze of the die. The 7% Spirulina characterizes the color of this type of pasta, allowing for the creation of colorful dishes.
Bontasana pasta does not overcook and remains intact even the next day. Each shape doubles in weight and volume: for this reason, the recommended average raw portion is 60 grams.
