The Olive Bella di Cerignola are the icon of the Apulian territory, a typical local variety, known as the largest olives in the world.
The cultivation of this olive is concentrated in the province of Foggia, largely within the municipality of Cerignola, from which it gets its name.
The olives are harvested strictly by hand, selected, processed, and preserved in brine according to the ancient recipes of the Vigliotti family farm.
The characteristics of the Bella di Cerignola olives are their large size, oval shape, and substantial pulp.
They are ideal for enhancing appetizers and platters of cured meats and cheeses.
