The Classic Artisan Colomba made by Master Pastry Chef Michele Somma in Santa Maria La Carità (NA) is produced exclusively with natural yeast and all the ingredients it contains are completely natural, free from additives, GMOs, or preservatives.
It presents itself as a soft and buttery dove. The hours of fermentation make it extremely fluffy.

Storage Instructions:
After opening, keep it in the closed original bag. Store at room temperature. Consume by the expiration date indicated on the packaging as the product is handmade and contains no preservatives.
SHELF LIFE
It is recommended to consume it by the date printed on the packaging. The product is free from preservatives. Consumption by the indicated date ensures a product in which all characteristics are respected (such as fluffiness). From the production date, the expiry is indicated as 25 days.
The Classic Artisan Colomba from Pasticceria La Delizia is made with a soft and light dough that engages the senses through a succession of tactile and olfactory sensations.
As an accompaniment, we suggest a wine made from white grapes, fruity and aromatic, delicately sweet, fresh, and possibly sparkling. A good Gewurtztraminer or a Lugana DOC could be suitable, but alongside a Franciacorta or a Valdobbiadene, the result is more... festive!
