With intense and characteristic flavor and aroma, it is obtained exclusively through hot air drying, completely natural, and without the use of any additives. Thanks to the powdered garlic, it is possible to impart the spice's aroma to the dish in a homogeneous and uniform way.
In particular, this garlic is certified organic and is produced by the Sabina Producers Organization in the green Irpinia in Mirabella Eclano (AV). A hilly area suitable for the cultivation of this spice.

This spice has the same characteristics as the fresh product but can be stored at room temperature and has a significantly higher yield. Shelf life: 24 months from the production date.
