Visual Examination: Brilliant straw yellow, the perlage is fine and persistent.

Olfactory: Intense floral bouquet, hints of fresh white-fleshed fruit, particularly banana and apple. Citrus notes are dominant.

Taste: Right from the start, freshness is immediately perceived, harmonious and balanced with the olfactory notes, with a slight grapefruit finish.
