Visual Examination: Bright straw yellow. The perlage is fine and persistent.
Olfactory: Intense floral bouquet, hints of fresh white-fleshed fruit, particularly banana and apple. The dominance is the aromaticity of the grape variety.
Tasting: Right from the start, freshness is immediately perceived, harmonious and balanced with the olfactory notes, a proper balance between sweetness and sapidity.

A process that involves hand harvesting followed by resting on the lees for about 90 days, then resting in the dark in the barrel for 30 days.
