The Tuscan black olives are then dried under salt and have a truly exceptional quality.
This product comes from olives grown and harvested on the company’s premises, in the coastal area of the province of Livorno.
To obtain these olives, Il Bottaccio conducts manual and/or semi-manual harvesting with particular attention to the selection of olives.
Production area: Venturina Terme, Monterotondo Marittimo.
Cultivar: Blend Frantoiano, Moraiolo, Leccino, Leccio del Corno.
