The Arrabbiata Ready Sauce by AgriTù is prepared following traditional recipes that have been passed down and using organic tomato puree from AgriTù.
Every phase of the production process is strictly artisanal, with raw materials being carefully selected, washed, and cooked slowly. The ready sauce is jarred at around 60° and, immediately after sealing, the jar is sterilized in an autoclave for at least 30 minutes. These characteristics give the product organoleptic qualities very similar to those of a freshly made sauce, while ensuring maximum quality and safety.
