The Mamertino Grillo-Ansonica DOC comes from a small vineyard cultivated by the sea facing the Aeolian Islands. The sun, the warmth, and the fresh sea breeze wrap this wine in a delicate embrace. 

Agriculture: Organic with the use of Biodynamic treatments, no chemical intervention
Harvest: Early in the morning, in small 16 kg boxes, hand-selected grapes
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: Varietal and citrus with hints of fruit
Taste: Fresh and fruity
Alcohol content: From 12.5% vol to 13.5% vol depending on the vintage

Soft pressing at low temperature in a nitrogen-inerted atmosphere with dry ice, clarification through static decantation, and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: In steel with batonnage on fine lees
