The Vurria Nero d'Avola, sourced from vineyards planted in the land of Contessa Entellina, is a wine perfect in its aromatic expression, well blended between enveloping softness and pronounced sapidity.
The Di Giovanna family has been cultivating its vineyards since 1997 in a certified organic regime, striving each year to achieve the highest possible quality while respecting the territory and the grape variety. This Vurria retains the most typical characteristics of Nero d'Avola. From the first sip, it has remarkable balance and elegance, a truly unique impact that only rigorous and careful cultivation and vinification can provide.
The aging for 6 months in French barriques and tonneaux makes it round, soft, and velvety, with a deep bouquet highlighting notes of berries, plum, and sweet spices. The sip is silky with returns of blackberry and sour cherry.
