The Organic Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Il Bottaccio is a medium fruity blend, unfiltered, obtained from ripe olives expertly harvested at the right time. A mix of selected Italian cultivars designed to unleash balanced aromas and scents.
The Organic Classic is a green extra virgin oil with bright reflections, notes of green olive, leaf, and culinary herbs. On the palate, it has a pronounced bitterness with vegetal tones of artichoke and well-balanced spiciness, with a slight aromatic note of green tomato.
Supply Chain Guarantee: this oil is produced with olives grown and harvested on-site, in the coastal area of the province of Livorno.
To obtain high-quality oils, Il Bottaccio performs manual and/or semi-manual harvesting with particular attention to the selection of olives and the crushing time, for which no more than 8 hours elapse from harvesting.

Cultivar: Frantoio 50%, Moraiolo 20%, Leccino 20%, Pendolino 10%.
