A must crafted by the Roncolato family that contains saffron as the yellow element and striations of Penicillium Roqueforti as the green element, typical of blue cheeses.

Cheese produced with pasteurized cow's milk. Soft texture, delicate, spicy and sweet flavor with a nice saltiness and creaminess.
