The flora of the grazing lands of Lessinia is said to be one of the best in Europe, thanks to its proximity to Lake Garda.

The mountain cheeses from these areas are particularly aromatic and yellow. Malga Novezza is produced only with summer milk from alpine pastures located among these mountains.

Aged from 4 to 12 months. The taste is strong, sweet, savory, with a lovely sensation of dried fruit and a finish of almond milk. Very creamy on the palate.
