Acacia honey jar 500g

The acacia honey is one of the most delicate honeys offered by bees: light, transparent, and excellent as a sweetener. It comes from the flower of robinia and does not crystallize over time.

It is the richest in fructose and is assimilated by the body without the use of insulin. It provides a large amount of vitamins, proteins, minerals, and amino acids.

Shelf life and storage methods: 36 months from the packaging date. The date indicated on the label will show the month of June for the first semester and December for the second semester of the third year following the packaging date.
Store in a dry, cool place away from light.

Processing process: the product, appropriately controlled, analyzed, and selected upon arrival, is liquefied in a warm chamber at a temperature below 45° C, filtered, homogenized, and packaged.
