The Monograno Matt Line is a sturdy and rich variety of durum wheat, offering its best when grown in the lands of Puglia and Sicily. Masterfully interpreted by the pasta master, during cooking it releases its scent of summer hay, with light notes of dehydrated coconut and freshly pulled cheese; the flavor is primordial, reminiscent of stone-baked bread, butter, and bamboo.

Spaghetti yes... but not the usual spaghetti in terms of texture and flavor.
A cooking time of 12 minutes and a nice surprise: they won't overcook even if you forget about them (we obviously recommend that you don't do that).
The Felicetti spaghetti have a texture and crunch that highlight all the best sauces and the most aromatic tomato purées. Ideal for Piennolo cherry tomatoes from Vesuvius, whether in purée, sauce, or Pacchetella.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, close carefully.
