Kamut Line
Durum wheat of Khorasan variety, the ancestor of modern grains, was born in the Middle East several thousand years ago. Expertly interpreted by the master pasta maker, during cooking it releases its gentle aroma of white flowers and freshly cracked dried fruit, while the taste adds clear evocations of pine nuts and macadamia with plant-like nuances of edible flowers.

Linguine is a particular type of pasta designed for fish, and especially for shellfish such as mussels and clams, or small crustaceans sautéed with tomatoes. We recommend using the legendary Pacchetella del Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP, the ideal tomato for any type of fish to sauté without overcooking. Its pulp will create a cream that, for example with mussels, offers simply exciting sensations, with a final "scarpetta"...a must!
If properly stored, the product does not change its shelf life even after the package has been opened.
