The Azienda Agricola Sovereto was established in 1933 thanks to the strong passion for olive growing of Giovanni Antonio Iedà and his desire to continue the activity of his grandparents that started several years earlier. It is a Biological family-run company located in the territory of Isola Capo Rizzuto that produces exclusively Extra Virgin Olive Oil following the knowledge in the field of olive cultivation that the Iedà family has passed down for generations. Today, the management of the company is in the hands of Giovanni's grandson, Nicola, the last bastion of the family's centuries-old cultural heritage.
