The Caponata di Melanzane dei Frantoi Cutrera is made from selected raw materials and follows the original Sicilian recipe: the eggplants are fried in high-quality extra virgin olive oil from the Selezione Cutrera.

No preservatives and no colorants, just product, quality, and passion. The cooking process takes place in a low-pressure pot to preserve the characteristics and flavors of the ingredients used.
