The Moscato is an aromatic grape variety par excellence, and its skins come from regions of vocation such as Asti and Monferrato. Once they arrive at the distillery, they undergo a process of partial fermentation and are then placed in copper stills for alcoholic and aromatic extraction. A long and patient process.
The Moscato gives this grappa a pleasant softness and a beautiful floral aroma. It is an excellent grappa for after a meal and pairs well with dry desserts and almond cakes.
