The Garganega is the typical white grape variety of the Veronese and, more generally, Venetian lands. A grape variety that in the Gardesan lands of Sommacampagna offers sensations completely different from Soave or Gambellara.
Finer and less structured with a delightful fruity and floral component. It presents aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a nice freshness and savoriness. Good roundness on the palate and a moderately persistent finish.
Alcohol. 12.5% Vol.
Pairing. Very pleasant and fresh as an aperitif accompanied by savory snacks. Pairs well with fish and vegetable first courses. Good with not very aged cow's milk cheeses.
