High-quality olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical processes.
The base oil is extra virgin from Italian origin. The aroma is warmed in the oil to about 40 - 60 degrees for a few minutes in order to extract only the essential oils and not to destroy the integrity of the oil's fragrances.
Laurel is from Tuscany. Excellent for seasoning tomato pasta and for roasting white meats. To be gently melted over slices of red meat and on oven-baked potatoes.
