Riso San Marco is the line of tradition, the result of a completely artisanal processing technique, according to the method used in the ancient rice mills of the Po Valley.
This is a natural product born from the union of three selected and mixed cereals: Rice, Spelt, and Barley. Cultivated, processed, and packaged all in Italy. A very interesting mix, ideal for creating exquisite risottos, also perfect for soups and salads.
The Cereals Rice, Barley, Spelt San Marco line (which we present on this page in a 400g package) has fluffy and al dente grains after cooking. It is a pleasant mix of cereals very suitable for soups and salads, but also for risottos to be seasoned with raw or cooked vegetables. Ideal for those who follow the macrobiotic philosophy in the kitchen.
Cooking time: 10-12 minutes.
