Plate arrangement. Ricotta Marzotica Torretta at 12 o'clock; Aged Caprone at 2 o'clock; Red Ubriaco at 5 o'clock; Pecorino di Forenza at 7 o'clock; Pecorino di Fossa di Sogliano at 10 o'clock.

Servings per person. Minimum 50g (with a 200g piece, you can get 4 servings)

Serving Temperature. All at room temperature max 20°C

Pairing. Start with the Ricotta Marzotica Torretta, continue with a BIO walnut sauce for the Caprone and the Red Ubriaco, and finally finish with a delightful red onion jam, specialized in products for pairing with cheeses.
