Preparation: Yellow, red, and green peppers, harvested and processed within 24 hours, cut and left to macerate with sugar and white wine produced on their premises for at least 12 hours, slow cooking for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Ingredients: peppers, sugar, white wine, red wine vinegar.
Shelf Life: 2 years when kept in perfect storage conditions, that is, in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 20°C, in an airtight package, vacuum sealed and protected from light.
