Fennel Sausage 250g

Sausage is one of the most common and well-known cured meats of Italian tradition, particularly in Southern Italy. The sausage from the Giannelli family contains wild fennel typical of the Mediterranean scrub which, in addition to having a significant aromatic character, also has a very important preservative value. This sausage contains no preservatives or antioxidants. It is produced with 100% Italian meat from pigs raised in Roccia di Ariano Irpino in the province of Avellino. Honey is used as a preservative which, contrary to popular belief, does not impart sweetness but serves solely an antibacterial function. Lactose-free and Gluten Free. To ensure maximum freshness, we have arranged with the producer for direct delivery from the delicatessen, so you can reserve the product.
Aging: 22 days

Storage: 60 days at 8°C / 180 days at 4°C

Again, the perception of the meat on the palate is of nice consistency with a pleasant softness and savoriness. Excellent for Tuscan-style bread and for crostini made from Altamura-style bread with good fruity extra virgin olive oil and sweet pecorino cheese
