The Franciacorta DOCG brut vintage reserve Nature Blanc de Noir "Monti della Corte" from 750ml pairs perfectly with elaborate dishes based on fish and white meats, for example, with sauces and stocks, but without tomato. Perfect also with salmon, perhaps a nice char or lake pike.


Tasting


It has a full gold yellow color with a slight green hint, abundant froth, and medium-fine bubbles. The aroma features notes of bread crust, biscuit, and dried fruit (toasted almond) accompanied by more delicate hints of golden apple and pear. The taste is very smooth and lingers on the palate for a long time. The aftertaste is sharp and lively. It should be served not too cold, around 8 degrees.
