The Modenese company Tenuta Pederzana has among its products a small great jewel: the Olmoscuro Rosso dell'Emilia IGT. We are talking about a Syrah Cabernet Sauvignon that is easy to drink, especially for those who seek sweetness and smoothness in wine rather than an austere character and sharp acidity.

On the palate, one can perceive the strong alcoholic vein, the roundness, and a sweet background of ripe fruit (berries, blackberries, currants); the tannins are soft and rounded. A full-bodied wine, robust and concentrated, rich in extracts and glycerin, with a strong character, but sufficiently balanced.
