Composition: 100% Chardonnay fermented in inox tanks. The grapes were grown at 410 meters above sea level on a slope of 17% with eastward exposure. Actual alcohol content 13.0% vol. The sparkling wine at 20°C presents itself with 5.0 atmospheres
