The 2013 vintage in the Colli Berici was an excellent year for white wines, and Gildo's Garganega was particularly golden with large-sized bunches. A season that allowed for wines to be particularly rich in perfumes and aromas, with a beautiful roundness given by a significant glyceric value. From a vineyard located in the southwest, on the typical land of the hills, the Tovo Marino. Total cover cropping allows for particularly adequate breathing of the plant and removes overheating and scorching phenomena at the base of the vineyard. Excellent wine for seafood, from crustaceans to shellfish. Sublime for typical Venetian dishes such as Bigoi coe sarde, Sarde in saor, or the more famous spaghetti alle vongole.
