The Blu Bosco Dolomiti is a very special Venetian cheese: a blue cheese with streaks of Penicillium roqueforti that give it a blue hue, aged in a coating made of herbs from the Dolomites Park and then covered with mountain honeys.
A delicate, enveloping blue cheese that carries with it the intense flavor of cow's milk and the scents of the high Dolomites.
It's the meadows that distinguish the quality of the milk. The Dolomites offer biodiversity and a variety of aromatic herbs and mountain flowers of the highest value. The milk, coming from the Alpine pastures, is a more yellow color thanks to beta carotene, and the texture of the cheeses is particularly amber, especially with long aging. They are pearls of taste of rare delight.

The Blu Bosco Dolomiti (in a 200-gram portion) is an excellent table cheese, for appetizers or for dessert. Superb with a drop of acacia honey and a sweet red wine like passito or Recioto di Soave DOCG.
