The log-shaped cheese is typically made from goat's milk, this one, however, is a Cow Log, therefore made with 100% cow's milk. It is an artisanal cheese produced in the heart of Val Passiria in the Natural Park of the Dolomites.
It is very creamy and soft, and is characterized especially by its very even structure and melting quality like butter. Its rind is tender and thin, with slight whitish molds.
The Cow Log (which we present here in a 200g portion) is excellent to enjoy in summer for its freshness. Elegant to serve at important dinners, the Cow Log promises to delight both the eyes and the palate.
