The White Passito Jelly by Corrado Benedetti is an excellent product. To produce the jelly, the liquid component must first be heated, which in this case is the White Passito, which loses its alcoholic component while releasing the sugary part contained.

The wine is the core of the jelly because it is the base that releases its aromas and persistent flavor. The passito, with its notes of yellow fruit and honey, licorice, and spices, gives the jelly all the sweetness and intensity that make it so unique in its kind.

The White Passito Jelly by Corrado Benedetti, in its 500-gram format,   is more delicate than the other jellies in the same line, making it ideal with whole or aged milk Monte Veronese Dop or with delicate refined, soft, and flavorful cheeses.

It is worth trying as an accompaniment to an excellent Gorgonzola DOP by the spoon or with spicy cheeses. Great also with aged pecorinos.  

Perfect for a sweet and delicious break with dried fruit or spoon desserts made with dark chocolate.
