The Caribbean Blue Oolong Tea from Peter's Tea House is a blend of Chinese oolong tea, mango, Chinese green tea, natural flavor, passion fruit, rose petals, safflower, and marigold flowers.

The term Oolong means Black Dragon, or Black Snake, and is also referred to as blue tea or qing. An ancient legend tells that while the owner of a tea plantation was visiting his estate, he saw a black snake. He was so frightened that only after a few days did he have the courage to return, and he noticed that the leaves had oxidized in the sun. From their infusion, he obtained a exquisite beverage.
