The smoked stewed pancetta is a fresh cold cut product made from lean pancetta, free of cartilage and smoked with natural beech wood smoke and vacuum packed.
The smoked stewed pancetta has a pink color for the leaner part interspersed with white strips of fat, its aroma is clean and intoxicating, and its spices add a soft and fragrant note.
