The Fagottini with sour cherry jam from Pasticceria Il Mattarello are delightful creations made by the expert hands of those who love the goodness and genuineness of the ingredients from the Abruzzo region and carry the local confectionery tradition in their hearts.

Pasta (88.5%): flour of wheat, sugar, eggs, vegetable fats (palm and coconut in variable proportions) and vegetable oils (sunflower), water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (palm), sunflower lecithin; leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, starch of wheat, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, aromas, coloring: beta-carotene.
Filling (11.5%): extra sour cherry jam (sour cherries 77%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, coloring E150d).
