This is a crumbly cake made according to an ancient recipe typical of Casalborgone. The tradition dictates that it should not be sliced, but rather broken by hand. A bit like sbrisolona.
Ingredients: Hazelnut TGT, wheat flour, butter, sugar, and corn flour.
The hazelnuts are grown and processed at the La Peracca farm, while the other ingredients are produced in the Piedmontese or national territory.
