The Tutto Moraiolo extra virgin olive oil from Il Bottaccio is an elegant monocultivar, obtained from mature olives carefully harvested at the right time. A mix of selected Italian cultivars to release balanced flavors and aromas.
The Tutto Moraiolo monocultivar is a yellow extra virgin oil with green reflections, with scents of ripe olives and notes of artichoke. Spicy with great depth and length, balanced bitterness with hints of tomato.
Supply chain guarantee: this oil is produced with olives grown and harvested on the company’s estate, in the coastal area of the province of Livorno.
To obtain high-quality oils, Il Bottaccio conducts a manual and/or semi-manual harvest with particular attention to the selection of olives and the timing of pressing, for which no more than 8 hours is allowed to pass from harvesting.
