Our Tagliere Arlecchino will enliven the appetizer just like the famous Bergamasque mask of the commedia dell'arte knows how to do. Then we move on to the intense yellow of the paste of Vezzena Stravecchio: three years of aging for a cheese that draws from the milks of the high pastures of the Trentino valley. We move on to the “drunken” one. We put it in quotes to emphasize the pun, but in reality, it is a true drunken cheese: Ubriacosecco. A creation by Carpenedo waiting to be discovered, with a delicate, fresh, and fruity flavor and a pleasant tangy sensation. We move on to another cheese masterpiece by Carpenedo: Toma Blu aged with aromatic herbs. An extraordinary mix of herbs that blend with the pleasantness of blue cheese. We close with Carpenedo's masterpiece: Blu 61, a fantastic blue cheese aged in Raboso wine and covered in red berries.
