The Doi Raps Venezia Giulia IGT from Cantine Russolo is a high-quality white wine, produced with the extraordinary grapes from the vineyards cultivated in the wide flat area of San Quirino, a small municipality in the province of Pordenone in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
This wine is characterized by a deep straw yellow color. The aroma is intense and features warm notes that evoke the memory of very ripe fruit. The taste, pleasantly full and rounded, is characterized by a right acidity that is well masked by its elegant body; a balance that makes this wine pleasantly unique.

The Doi Raps Venezia Giulia IGT from Cantine Russolo is ideal for an aperitif but also to accompany appetizers based on refined fresh cheeses. It is also really excellent with shellfish. The ideal serving is at a temperature of about 10-12° C, and the recommended type of glass is a slender and open goblet that allows its aromas to be enhanced.
