The craft beer Utopia, produced by the Vecchia Orsa brewery near Bologna and distributed by Altromercato, has a distinctive flavor and a remarkable story. This beer is produced by individuals with disabilities, guided by the expertise of a master brewer.
It is the attention to traditions and the love for quality that make this beer unique. The meticulous selection of raw materials is followed by processing that is monitored and cared for in every detail.
Thanks to its strong personality, Utopia beer won the "Birra dell'Anno" 2012 award, standing out in the spiced beers category, and it also earned the Slow Food Snail from "Birra d'Italia 2015".
This Saison with a bright golden color lends itself to many cross pairings: the balance between a light yet rich flavor and spicy notes makes it suitable for a ribeye steak as well as for a vegetarian dish or even a first course based on grains.
As previously mentioned, the Utopia beer presents a full and enveloping taste, with a harmoniously spicy flavor.
