Its production involves the use of four different cereals: barley, wheat, oats, and rye.

The Pollum American Wheat Beer is a citrusy and refreshing beer, which pairs well with summer fish dishes, shellfish, and crustaceans. Excellent also with pizza. Its good structure
places it well with richer and spicy dishes.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, rye, and oats, orange peel, coriander, hops, yeast.
Color: golden yellow (EBC 13)
Head: White, generous, and persistent.
Aroma: Fresh and floral. The hops provide hints of pink grapefruit
and passion fruit, while the spices add a citrusy note.
Taste: Cereal flavor, sweet and well-balanced. In the mouth, silky and sweet.
The finish reveals a note of fresh hops. Medium body.
