The Pollum American Wheat Beer from the Birra della Valpolicella company is a pale, unpasteurized high-fermentation beer.
It is produced using four different grains: barley, wheat, oats, and rye.
What makes it unique? The light hopping with delicate floral hints and spices that provide a fresh and tangy note.
Cold hopping gives a persistent fragrance of pink grapefruit and passion fruit.

The Pollum American Wheat beer is a citrusy and refreshing beer that pairs well with summer dishes of fish, shellfish, and crustaceans. Excellent also with pizza. Its good structure
places it well with more flavorful and spicy dishes.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, rye, and oats,
orange peel, coriander, hops, yeast.
Color: golden yellow (EBC 13)
Foam: White, generous, and persistent.
Aroma: Fresh and floral. The hops give hints of pink grapefruit
and passion fruit, while the spices add a citrus note.
Taste: Grainy flavor, sweet and well balanced. In the mouth, it is silky and sweet.
The finish reveals a note of fresh hops. Medium body.
